What the product runs

A live customer queue

A ticket per customer, a call-the-next control, and a published wait so nobody has to crowd the counter. Customers scan a QR code; there is no app to install.

Quick sale and payments

Tap the item, take cash or card, and the invoice, the receipt and the balanced accounting entry are created in the same action.

Oman VAT, posted automatically

Every sale posts its VAT and its accounting without a spreadsheet in between, which is what makes month-end a report rather than a reconstruction.

Loyalty and a wallet card

Points for regulars and a wallet card that updates itself rather than being reissued.

Split the bill

A group can pay their own shares, and the order starts only once it is fully paid.

Owner view

Today's sales, costs, orders and who is currently in the queue, live on the owner's phone.

Why Q+ sits beside Paper & Pen

Q+ and Paper & Pen run on the same multi-tenant accounting engine the group built and operates. They are two shapes of one ledger. Paper & Pen is the full ERP for a business with an office and someone in it; Q+ is the counter for a shop whose owner is on the floor with a phone and no time to re-key anything. Because it is the same engine, a Q+ sale is already an accounting entry with its VAT posted, rather than a number waiting to be entered into an accounting system later. Q+ is priced, sold and supported in Omani rials, against Oman's VAT rules, in Arabic and English.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns Q+?

It is wholly owned by BHD Group (Bin Haider Darwish L.L.C., Commercial Registration 1334733), a family-owned Omani group based in Muscat.

Do customers have to install an app to use Q+?

No. Customers scan a QR code to join the queue or pay their share of a bill. The app is for the shop, not for its customers.

Is Q+ built for Oman specifically?

Yes. It works in Omani rials, posts Oman VAT, and runs in Arabic and English.

How is Q+ different from Paper & Pen?

They share the group's multi-tenant ERP engine. Paper & Pen is the full ERP for a business run from an office; Q+ is the counter and queue for a service shop run from a phone. A Q+ sale posts into the same accounting the ERP reads.

Where do I see the product, pricing or sign up?

At qplus.om, the product's own site. This page is the group profile and deliberately carries no pricing.
