Bin Haider Darwish LLC was founded in 2018 in Muscat, Oman. Today the portfolio comprises fourteen operating companies and one product brand, with a named AI agent, Anna, running alongside a 14-person human team.
Our story
BHD started as a neighbourhood print shop on Bousher Street. Within six years we built our own ERP, launched a SaaS WhatsApp platform, a SaaS business-card platform, and expanded into stationery, digital signage, and custom cups. We reinvest aggressively in software and people.
In 2025 we put a named AI agent into production. Anna handles customer enquiries on WhatsApp, every day, alongside the human team that runs the shifts.
