Bin Haider Darwish LLC was founded in 2018 in Muscat, Oman. Today we are twelve operating companies, the first group in Oman to hire AI employees, and one of the Sultanate's fastest-moving printing + technology houses.
BHD started as a neighbourhood print shop on Bousher Street. Within six years we built our own ERP, launched a SaaS WhatsApp platform, a SaaS business-card platform, and expanded into stationery, digital signage, and custom cups. We reinvest aggressively in software and people.
In 2025 we formally added AI employees to the payroll. Anna handles customer enquiries; Taslima runs chat workflows; each of our companies has at least one AI agent working production shifts alongside humans.
