From one machine
to eight companies

BHD Group started in 2018 as a single printing operation in Muscat. No investors, no corporate backing — just a founder with a vision to build something meaningful for Oman.

What began as BHD Printing & Designing quickly evolved. We saw opportunities where others saw challenges — expanding into technology, digital products, F&B, and strategic investments.

Today, BHD Group is a holding company with 8 brands, each serving a distinct market need. Fully self-funded, fully independent, and fully committed to building Oman's future.

2018

Built from Nothing

Ali Adnan Haider Darwish self-founded BHD Printing & Designing in Muscat with a single machine and a clear vision — to build something that lasts. No investors, no safety net. Just hard work and a belief that Oman deserves better.

2020

Going Digital

Expanded beyond print into technology — launching BHD Digital & Technology to help Omani businesses modernize. Still self-funded, still independent.

2022

Building a Portfolio

Launched Cups by AA, Cardify.om, and ReachScreens — each solving a real market gap, each built without outside capital.

2024

The Group Takes Shape

Formally established BHD Group (Bin Haider Darwish L.L.C.) as the holding structure, unifying all brands under one vision. A self-made conglomerate, built from scratch.

Ali founded BHD Group in 2018 with a vision to build Oman's most innovative business conglomerate. With a background in strategic planning at Ithca Group, he drives BHD's expansion across printing, technology, and investments.
